About Tiksoo

Built by people who've felt the pain of a broken phone line

Every business that depends on inbound calls has the same blind spot: there's no easy way to know your phone lines are actually working until a customer tells you they're not. By then, you've already lost the call — and possibly the customer.

The problem we set out to solve

Phone systems fail in ways that are invisible to the people running them. A SIP trunk drops silently. An IVR routing rule breaks after a carrier update. A PBX misconfiguration routes callers to dead air. Standard uptime monitoring won't catch any of these — because the line technically "answers," it just doesn't work correctly.

The only way to know your phone system is actually working is to call it — the same way your customers do — and verify that it sounds right. That's what Tiksoo does, automatically, around the clock.

How Tiksoo works

Tiksoo places real calls to your monitored phone numbers on a schedule you control — as often as every minute. Each call is recorded and analyzed using acoustic fingerprinting: we compare the audio against a known-good baseline recording of your IVR, and flag it immediately if the audio deviates beyond your configured threshold.

When a failure is detected, alerts go out instantly via SMS and email to whoever you've designated. No polling a dashboard, no waiting for customers to complain — just a notification while there's still time to fix it.

Who it's for

Tiksoo is built for businesses where inbound phone availability matters: contact centers, healthcare providers, insurance agencies, multi-location retailers, and any organization where a missed call is missed revenue. If your customers reach you primarily by phone, you need to know your lines are working before they find out they're not.

Our approach

We believe monitoring tools should be simple to set up and invisible when everything is working. You add your numbers, record a baseline, set your schedule — and then Tiksoo runs quietly in the background. The only time it demands your attention is when something actually needs it.
