Acoustic Fingerprint Sparklines

The dashboard now shows a sparkline graph for each monitored number — a rolling view of the last 10 acoustic match scores, so you can spot degradation trends before a failure alert fires.

Business Hours Scheduling

You can now configure monitoring windows per phone number — specific days and hours when checks run. Tiksoo won't alert you outside your configured hours, so no more false alarms on weekends.

SMS alerts are now available on Professional and Enterprise plans. When a failure is detected, a text message goes out to all configured contacts simultaneously alongside the email alert.

Improved Busy / No-Answer Detection

Busy signals and unanswered calls are now tracked separately from hard failures. The dashboard shows these as 'inconclusive' outcomes rather than errors, giving a more accurate picture of your line's health.

Professional and Enterprise accounts can now monitor multiple phone lines from a single dashboard. Each number has its own call history, failure counter, and scheduling configuration.
